Your Responsibilities​

• Research & Development Management
  – Analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and emerging technologies
  – Plan, manage, and execute innovation projects from concept to market launch
  – Ensure compliance with quality standards, patent requirements, and regulatory requirements

• Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and expand the R&D team

• Product Management: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Manufacturing and Regulatory Affairs to optimize product development processes

• Project Management: Oversee project plans, milestones, resource allocation, budgets, and key business performance indicators (KPIs)

 Your Profile 

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline

• Minimum of five years' professional experience in an ISO 13485-regulated environment, such as the dental or medical technology industry, including initial leadership experience

• Sound knowledge of medical devices, product development processes, and regulatory documentation requirements

• Experience with 3D CAD design software, preferably SolidWorks

• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken

• Strong communication skills combined with a high level of technical curiosity

• Willingness to travel, primarily within the DACH region
