Your Responsibilities

• Strategic Development:
  Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for dental implant systems and complementary products.

• Customer Management: 
  - Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers, with a strong focus on new customer acquisition.
  - Develop existing and establish new relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

• Market & Competitive Analysis:
  Monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities and analyze competitor activities.

• Sales Leadership:
  Lead, develop and expand the sales teams and distribution partner network across Central Europe.

• Negotiation:
  Negotiate framework agreements, pricing and commercial terms with business partners.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  Work closely with Customer Service, Marketing and Product Development to ensure a seamless and customer-focused approach.

• Budget Management:
  Plan and manage the sales budget and provide regular reporting directly to the CEO.

Your Profile 

• University degree in Business Administration, Sales, Medical Technology or a related field.

• Several years of leadership and sales experience within the dental or medical device industry.

• Strong understanding of the dental market; knowledge of regulatory requirements is an advantage.

• Excellent negotiation skills, intercultural competence and willingness to travel extensively (60%+).

• Business fluent in both German and English.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and proven leadership capabilities.
