How to register – step by step

Initiate registration:
Fill out the short registration form on our website.
You will then receive a personal invitation by email. -
Create your account:
Click "Register" in the email, choose a password and accept the terms of use. -
Activate your account:
Confirm your registration by clicking the activation link in the confirmation email. -
Study allocation:
After first login, you’ll receive instructions to be assigned to the correct study database. -
Start documenting cases:
Select your center, generate a platform ID and begin entering your case.
