General information

 

After registering for the selected webinar, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. There you will find all informations and the access link with which you can participate the webinar (please also check your spam mailbox for this).

Each webinar lasts approximately 60 minutes. After the lecture you have the opportunity to take part in a discussion round.

If you are attending a Zoom webinar for the first time, you can test your connection to Zoom here.

Join the webinar 

  1. You will receive a link from us by email. Open this link.

  2. If you have not yet installed Zoom, you will be asked to do so (https://zoom.us/download).If it is already installed, the app starts and you can directly join the meeting.

  3. Alternatively, you can open the Zoom app, click "Join" and then enter the meeting ID to join the meeting.

  4. Please enter your real name for user-name.

Would you like to ask the speaker a question?

Questions make a webinar really exciting. However, you are automatically muted during the lecture. Therefore, ask your question in chat and send the question (see picture below in red) or raise your hand (picture below in blue).

The question can then be seen by the speakers and organizers and will be answered.
