950455 - SICvantage Transfer Abutment red, reposition, short (incl. SIC Standard Fixation Screw and Transfer Cap with Click)
The SICvantage transfer abutment Reposition is used with the "closed tray technique" when taking impressions. It transfers the absolute and relative implant position and the position of the SICvantage® Swiss Cross to the master model.
To fit any application the transfer abutment is available in a short and a long version.
The Reposition Transfer Abutment has the SICvantage® Swiss Cross, an axial positioning section without cold welding, a slightly concave gingival emergence and a conical head with horizontal retention grooves and two flat surfaces. The transfer cap is fitted onto the head of the transfer abutment after the abutment has been fixed in position on the implants with a SICvantage Fixation Screw using a torque of 5 Ncm.
The Reposition transfer abutment, which remains on the implant after the impression has been taken, is removed by the dentist and then by the technician before fabricating the model.
The abutment has to be selected according to prosthetic colour-coding.
