937122 - SIC Counter Ratchet with "Easy Handle"
The SIC Counter Ratchet with "Easy Handle" is an instrument with two functional sections. One end has a counter ratchet, which is used for safely loosening the retention screw of the insertion post in the case of implants inserted with reduced primary stability. The other end has the SIC "Easy Handle" for abutments to check correct pilot drilling and is used as well for fitting the SIC abutments.
Description Counter Ratchet: The Counter Ratchet is fitted over the external hex of the insertion post to prevent loosening of the implant when the retention screw is being removed. The insertion post can also be loosened if it is jammed.
Description SIC "Easy Handle" for abutments: After pilot drilling the instrument is inserted into the cavity. Using the corresponding laser markings the accurate drilling depth for the planned implant length can be checked. The laser markings are available for standard and for guided surgery.
Furthermore the probe facilitates intraoral placement of abutments. In doing so the probe is inserted through the screw aperture of the abutment.
