935230 - SIC Cutter Ø 5.2 mm for SIC "Safe on Four", with Guidance Tip
The SIC Cutter Ø 5.2 mm, with Guidance Tip is used to determine the implant level with SIC "Safe on Four®" restorations as well as for removal of excess distal bone.
The cutter levels the alveolar ridge. When placing angled implants, the cutter widens the distal bone to create space for placing the abutments later. During surgery, the guidance lug of the levelling cutter follows the 2.0 mm pilot drilling. The cutting depth is variable and defines the level of the implant shoulder. The speed should be less than 500 r.p.m.
The SIC Cutter Ø 5.2 mm for SIC "Safe on Four" can also be used with the SIC Guided Surgery System. The laser marking defines the depth of insertion at 1 mm.
