The bar coping "Safe on Four" is used in conjunction with bar and bridge abutments respectively standard abutments "Safe on Four"
The bar coping is used for laboratory fabrication of screw-retained, prefabricated bars and is made from a gold-platinum alloy. The respective bars are soldered to the bar copings. A special stainless steel soldering implant is used for fabricating the solder model. The bar coping fits on the conical head of the abutment. The fixation screw "Safe on Four" is used for fixing the bar coping and abutment in position.
The bar coping can - if required - be customized by trimming and polishing. It is tightened in position clinically using the SIC screwdriver HEX 1.2 mm and torque ratchet with a torque of 20 Ncm.
